   Fixed a problem in the sound switching function that caused HLSS to not 
    function properly on many computers (bug affected Windows 98/ME users)
   Added Script Setup feature that will automatically setup your mod to work 
    with HLSS
   Added an expanded buffer size option (up to 2 MB) for users with exceptionally long 
    sound bites
   Added option that allows users to choose where the black bar is show: top, 
    bottom, or hidden
   Improved logging functionality (again)
   Fixed a bug in the editing function that would edit the sound entry even if 
    the user clicked Cancel
   Added link to the HLSS website in the About box

   Added brand-new tutorial for new HLSS users (HTML format)

   Fixed a huge bug that prevented people from switching WAVs

   Rewrote most of the functions to increase overall efficiency
   Made the interface much easier to use
   Last opened file now opens on startup of the program

   Rewrote the setup instructions to make them easier to follow (hopefully)
